The VSG7PLUS features a fixed carbide pilot system with dual-feed controls—front wheel for rapid feed and side knob for fine adjustments. It’s equipped with a high-torque AC spindle motor and frequency inverter, for superior surface finish, especially on hard CNG engine seats.

Its spherical centering system with solenoid locking and independent 3-axis air float ensures fast, accurate guide alignment. Built on a rigid, flame-hardened cast iron frame, it guarantees long-term accuracy and chatter-free performance.

The three-angle insert cuts all angles simultaneously, ensuring leak-proof, concentric valve seats. Additional features include a tilting spindle head, auto-lift pilot assembly, space-saving design, and variable spindle speed for handling a wide range of cylinder heads.

Description

  1. The Micron VSG7PLUS uses the proven fixed carbide pilot tooling with front   mount steering wheel  for spindle downfeed. The machine has two modes of operation, Front Wheel for Rapid control feed and Side Knob wheel for Precise Fine Feed
  2. VSG7PLUS Spindle powered by 1Hp (0.75kW) High Torque AC Spindle Motor.
    Frequency Invertor to control spindle torque throughout the speed range 600 Rpm . This control Gives maximum torque at all speeds resulting in fine surface finish even with the hardest valve seats Found in today’s CNG Engines
